Mindfulness Yoga 2018
Please note Jeannie’s yoga classes are now located in the Dance Studio at McTavish Academy of Arts.
There will be no classes in July.
Classes will resume: Friday, August 3 and Tuesday, August 7, 2018
Tuesdays and Fridays 9:30-11am Registration: $14/per class 1x/week; $13/per class 2xs/week Drop-In: $15.00 Please register with Jeannie by email firstname.lastname@example.org or at first class When we approach yoga from a place of mindfulness, we are able to connect with our own personal truth. This class will introduce the student to the basic philosophy of yoga and will include asana (yoga postures), basic pranayama (breathing), meditation or chanting and relaxation. Instruction will be given for both beginner and advanced students and all students are encouraged to work at an appropriate level.

2018 MINDFULNESS YOGA for MS Fall Session Dates: 2nd and 4th Thursdays; ~ 10-11am September 13 & 27; October 11 & 25; November 8 & 22 and December 13. This is a FREE gentle, chair based class, working with range of movements, breathing, meditation and relaxation. Students are asked to respectfully work at a comfortable level.
